The fully equipped commercial Kitchen measures 18 ft X 34 ft, and is well lit with easy access to the Banquet Room. A brick Barbeque is located immediately outside the Kitchen.
A six burner gas stove with large griddle, two gas ovens, convection oven, refrigerators, freezers, food preparation counters, ice machine, dishwasher, cleaning and drying areas are provided. Kitchen pots, pans, cooking items, tableware, dishes and glasses are provided.
Either a flat $100 fee is charged for preparing sandwiches and salads, or a flat $200 fee is charged for meal preparation using stoves and ovens.
